I created digital, watercolor house portraits to sell on my Etsy store and advertise on Instagram. Real estate agents were interested in purchasing these for their clients and first-time homeowners, as well as consumers who wanted portraits of their sorority or fraternity house. Each house was drawn by me in Procreate using a watercolor effect. The files were then sent to the client where they could print it on their chosen material.
The Sigma Chi fraternity from the University of Arkansas reached out to me to create a Mom’s Weekend t-shirt design. The shirt would be worn by moms and their sons while celebrating mothers. I designed the front and back of the shirt, featuring a house portrait of their fraternity. The shirt was loved by Sigma Chi and sold to the client.
